We offer delivery to addresses in Denmark and a range of European countries. Orders placed before 2:00 PM on weekdays are packed on the same day and dispatched the following day. A tracking number is always provided and sent to you by email with your delivery confirmation.

Delivery times are indicative and are calculated from the dispatch date. Delays may occur in connection with public holidays or extraordinary circumstances.
Delayed deliveries
If your delivery is delayed, please contact us at support@puzzlesandmore.dk with your order number, and we will investigate the matter with GLS as soon as possible.
Uncollected parcels — Click & Collect and ParcelShop
If you have chosen Click & Collect (store collection) or delivery to a GLS ParcelShop, please collect your parcel within 7 days from the date on which you are notified that it is ready for collection.
Parcels that are not collected within the time limit are automatically returned to us by GLS. This is not considered a return and is not covered by our return policy. In such cases, a fee equal to the actual return costs charged to us by GLS will be charged. This fee will be deducted from any refund of the order amount.
If you still wish to receive your order, please contact us at support@puzzlesandmore.dk so that we can arrange a new shipment; this will, however, incur new shipping costs.
Customs and duties
All shipments within the EU are free of customs duties and import charges. Prices in the webshop include Danish VAT. Please note that the VAT rate may vary in your country; we invoice in DKK.
