Returning

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@puzzlesandmore.dk . Please note that returns should be sent to the following address: Puzzles & More, Karlslunde Mosevej 44, 2690 Karlslunde, Denmark.

If your return is accepted, please send the package to the address above without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the return has been accepted. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 30 days. Goods cannot be sent COD or without delivery. Goods returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted. You must pay for the return of the goods.

Damage and problems
You should inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the problem and get it fixed.

Exceptions/Items that cannot be returned
Certain types of goods are not returnable, such as perishable items (like food, flowers, or plants), customized products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase of the new item.

EU 14-Day Cancellation Period Regardless of the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation, if the goods are shipped to the EU. As above, your goods must be in the same condition as when you received them. They must be unused, with the label attached and in the original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Delivery:

We offer delivery to addresses in Denmark. Delivery takes 1 to 5 business days after your order. Orders placed before 2 PM will be packed the same day and shipped the next day.

We offer the following delivery options: GLS parcel shop, GLS to home address, DAO parcel shop, DAO to home address, in-store pickup (address at the top of the terms and conditions). A tracking number is always provided and sent to the customer via email along with the delivery confirmation/information. All goods are shipped from Denmark, from our warehouse located at: Puzzles & More Karlslunde Mosevej 44, 2690 Karlslunde, Denmark.
